Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will issue a refund if the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Read the fine print of every contract before buying it, it provides all the details about the service or product you are buying. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the freedom to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.

Our policy for cancellations and refunds will be as follows.

All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges authorized. You are responsible for mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment and all charges resulting from this payment. We will not be responsible for any payment due to wrong mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment number.

Include the following details:

Mobile number or DTH account number, service provider name, payment amount, transaction date and order number. We will investigate such incidents and refund you within 2 working days from the date of receipt, if charged without payment/service. Your recharge will be credited to your account. Our sole discretion will be to determine the mode of reversal from the options mentioned above.

If you use our services and you are not satisfied, you can let us know at support@purplepay.in and you will be refunded within 15 working days if you don't want to stay with us.
